Thoughtful and lovely space

Without car it’s a bit far away from the downtown

Uta is very interesting and friendly. It a kitchen and living room.

Everything was as described. There are a small number of private guest rooms with one shared bathroom and kitchen, so it's pretty close to having your own place. I didn't run into any other guests the two nights I was there, and I met the owner once, who was very friendly. The setup is all on the first floor of a residential house. I took the bus between the house and downtown, and that was very fast and convenient. I wasn't sure which driveway we were supposed to use, and I couldn't figure out the instructions, but I left my car on the street and that was perfectly fine. The area seems very safe. The owner is I think a full-time artist, which shows everywhere. The design is very unique.

Very inexpensive. Bed was more comfortable than expected. I liked all the security cameras and programmable lock on the door.

The area was pretty sketchy, the back yard was an allotment full of trash, door to my room didn’t latch; it only closed with the dead bolt. Only 1 bathroom. Kitchen looked unkempt with random food and stuff everywhere. The couch in the living room was probably a curb find covered with a blanket. The bathroom door is kept shit with an eye bolt and hook. Doesn’t exactly make me feel safe when staying with strangers.

It's was very clean and Quite. I loved it.

Gorgeous house, amazing city. Uta is an accommodating, helpful, and cool host and helped make my stay great.

The bed isnt the most comfy, but i slept great anyhow.
