Very untidy, old furniture everywhere, curtain broken. Its just like a house but not maintained at all.

Nothing except food

They are liar. I booked a family Suite. It should come with separate living room and refrigerator. They didn’t provide any living room or refrigerator. When I asked, Manager declined any reply. Toilet sheet/ Comod were extremely dirty. I requested manager and owner. Owner came into room in drunken state. He was extremely rude, knows zero hospitality. Instead of cleaning, he told us to stay Taj/ Oberoi hotel, as he usually stay, to get cleaned toilet. He was listening music in loud voice in ground floor, even after repeated request, he continued music. We were in first floor. The room was occupied with some furnitures, which guests can not use. Worthless management and extremely bad behaviour, made our stay horrible. This homestay is situated far from center and surrounded by colonies.

Manager Anup Kumar sinha takes every care of guest. Good property, We can definitely enjoy in group or family as it's like farm house. If we ignor location than its worth staying.

The location is the worst part of property as its remote area and road is not good.

Location was very remote, staff is very good, no power backup, food is to be taken from the hotel itself, there is nothing nearby.

No power back up, no food is available nearby, location is very remote which results conveyance expenditure is more.
