Obiekt położony idealnie pośrodku Spały. Pokoje o standardzie raczej podstawowym, ale dobrze wyposażone i czyste. Świetne śniadanie. Obsługa - zarówno w recepcji i podczas śniadania - świetna i pomocna.

Wystrój jest typowym produktem początku lat 2000 - nic złego, ale nie powala. Pokoje na piętrze nie są dostępne dla osób z problemami z poruszeniem się.

"w pobliżu są lasy, rzeka , bunkry do zwiedzania, w niedzielę jest jarmark-raczej nudy nie będzie"

Kawa z ekspresu jest dostępna-podaje ją obsługa, obok jest dom pielgrzyma-mszę w niedzielę rozpoczęli o bardzo kulturalnej godzinie (chyba koło 9:00), jest parking strzeżony przynależący do budynku, ale jest też dużo miejsc parkingowych od strony ulicy, w budynku jest sklep spożywczy
