一樓房間乾淨整潔，房間設計維持老屋原樣，非常少見，衛浴設備乾淨，雖然沒有在房間內但是只給一樓單獨使用很好。

剛進入房間感覺溼氣有點重，打開通風後再開冷氣才改善，抽水馬達凌晨三點啟動運轉10分鐘以上，加上一樓半燈光較亮會透過門上透光玻璃照入房內，影響睡眠，很容易醒來。

剛開始要入住是需要和房東通電話自助入住 房東態度超級差勁「妳是誰？跟我說名字我才知道是誰要住啊！」態度超級不耐煩， 原本想說算了不要打破旅遊的興致， 對這件事情就沒有太放在心上 結果更扯的來了 洗澡沒！熱！水！， 工作人員處理態！度！消！極！ 和線上人員聯絡說沒熱水 和我說房東要來處理了 結果一個小時過去了根本沒來 只好自己打給房東 結果房東疑似在睡覺？？？ 接起電話後告知她沒熱水還回我「喔」繼續睡？？？ 一個小時睡醒過後才來真是謝了， 還竟然將責任推託給其他房客？ 推托說不知道其他房客是怎麼洗的洗到沒熱水 房東根本不想處理住宿大小事🤗🤗🤗

"一樓廁所專屬於一樓房客使用，但店家未事前告知亦未主動在廁所的門上張貼公告，因二樓有其他房客洗澡（二樓僅一間廁所）且尿急，使用一樓廁所時被一樓房客糾正，當下有些尷尬，希望店家可以善盡主動告知責任"
