Tudo muito limpo, Wi-Fi bom e o anfitrião muito educado e solícito. Cozinha compartilhada muito útil . Quartos antigos, mas muito confortáveis e muito silenciosos. Ótima localização e custo benefício. Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza.

O responsável é educado, prestativo e gentil. Mas o ambiente está um pouco deteriorado fisicamente. O colchão é bom, a água do chuveiro esquenta bem, mas os sinais de falta de manutenção são visíveis. Faltam cortinas nas janelas e uma mesinha com cadeira onde se possa trabalhar.

Um lençol puído, por exemplo... Vazamento na torneira da pia do banheiro. Falta de cortina nas janelas (ou ficam fechadas ou abertas e com o interior do quarto visível à vizinhança).
