Location in the centrum of Funchal Each day clean towels by the staff

The property is located near the bus stop Mercado, so it was really easy to get there from the airport by bus 9, we were very happy about the location. The room and the shower were top-notch, there was everything we needed, even an iron. Check in went very smoothly, we just had to type in the code, which was sent to us prior to our arrival. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a nice balcony with a good view, and wifi worked great 👍I’m very happy that we have chosen this accommodation, totally recommended. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, thank you for your services. Muito obrigada ☀️

Problem with parking. Wi-fi was really slow.

Good location, nice facilities, everything you need can be found nearby, room was clean and nice. José is very helpful and kind.

central & quite, new and easy access, nice little balcony

enough space for one person, but all in all quite small; would have been nice to clean up the bottom once in a week instead of bringing new towels three times, blanket without comforter cover

Manager Jose there when we arrived & sorted out entrance to codes. Building is very centrally / handily placed behind the cathedral amongst shops, cafes & bars. That said very quiet at night. Lift to floors very useful. Room was small but well equipped. Very clean, and cleaner serviced a few times a week with a linen change. A good large, firm but comfy bed. Good choice of breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Manager available most days.

Would choose a larger room with kitchen next time for a week's stay. In room fridge a little noisy, so had to unplug at night.

Clean room in the middle of the old town!
