L'emplacement en plein centre du cœur historique de Funchal, pas loin de la gare routière, et des centres d'intérêts de la ville. Proche des commerces, des restaurants et du marché. Très animé et tres agréable. Rue piétonne animée, et calme.

After initial communication, staff didnt reply to our inquiry during our stay. We also encountered some roaches.

Owner was super nice , comprehensive and helpful. He let us check in a few hours before so we didn’t need to carry our bags around Funchal. And very good location

I stayed for four nights in one of the rooms, and immediately after checking in, I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom. I reported this to the host without delay. After sending a follow-up message, I finally received a response 48 hours later stating that the exterminator had visited. My request to be moved to a different room was ignored. I replied again to explain that the cockroach problem was escalating, with more and more appearing—and now they were even venturing outside the bathroom. It was extremely repulsive to use the bathroom, and I constantly had to keep the door shut. I spent only the bare minimum amount of time in the room because the situation was so unpleasant. Consequently, I requested a partial refund of my costs; I have now been waiting for a response for two weeks!

De um modo geral gostei de tudo, correspondeu bem ao que eu esperava.

Do que não gostei, logo após ter entrado no quarto (check in) verifiquei que a lâmpada de tecto não estava operacional, a lâmpada dava uma luz fraquissima e sempre internamente, assim como a inexistência de lâmpada num candeeiro de cabeceira. Comuniquei pelo contacto telefónico deixado no espaço, onde um senhor me disse que naquele dia já não era possível quaisquer reparações, mas que no dia seguinte tudo seria resolvido. Não foi resolvido até ao final da estadia e tão pouco me foi dado nenhum retorno, sequer para um pedido de desculpas. Nunca vi qualquer pessoa pelo local, que me pudesse dizer se seria possível guardar qualquer pertence após o check out, por duas horas.
