David, the owner, is an especially friendly man. He invited us to his place and we drank very good grappa. We also liked the room and the location is excellent, couldn‘t be better. In the very centre of town but at the same time completely quiet and safe. We loved to stay here and I want to come back to this place.

Excellent location close to Colchis Square in the centre of the old town. Much to see & do closeby including the large Green Bazaar, Bagrati Cathedral & the 2 historic monasteries of Gelati & Motsameta.

No complaints whatsoever.

Friendly hosts, great location. Cheap room. Felt homey like part of the family.

A little too noisy, especially at nighttime (they went quiet once I said something). Not very clean (dead mosquitos on the wall, mould in the bathroom). Owner tried to sell his tours, even though I said several times that I was sick and not interested.
