The checking works via code and is also possible after midnight. Due to our late arrival time to Kempten, no other hotel offered checking after midnight, but here we had no issues to get to our room. They also offer good customer support online, we had an issue with the door code due to the change to Winter Time but they were fast to assist us.

"Gute zentrale Alternative wenn man zu spät für das lange Wochenende bucht und sparen will :)"

Die Lage ist relativ Zentral und auch nah zu den Buslinien die zum Bahnhof bringen. Küche, Bad, Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, letzteres war auch gut beheizt. Online check-in zwar etwas buggy jedoch in Ordnung und Zugang mit PIN auch problemlos wenn man rafft dass das # auch zum Code gehört, sonst hilt die Dame am Telefon weiter. :)

Dafür dass es den Betrieb erst seit ein paar Jahren gibt, ist einiges kaputt bzw. macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Gemeinschafts- und Sanitärräume waren sehr kalt und das scheint auch ein Dauerproblem zu sein, man kann dem KI-Chat schreiben, dann heißt es, das team wird benachrichtigt und es passiert nichts. Im Zimmer an der Straße braucht man zwingend Augenmaske und Ohrstöpsel, dann ist es in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm (sogar vorgeheizt) und sauber.

Die Sanitäranlagen haben ein Geruchsproblem, aber sauber war es.
