Suraj Haveli

AJ is a great host and very friendly, we only had a short stay but AJ got everything sorted for us at short notice. Room was lovely with view of fort, shower was hot, bed very comfy and room was a good size. Breakfast Indian style on rooftop overlooking the fort was fantastic. Best of all was that all the family were warm and welcoming which made us feel at home. Lovely place to stay.

Hartelijk ontvangst met plaatselijke tips voor een bezoek aan de hotspots en trekpleisters van de stad en aanbevolen restaurants. Het is ook leuk dat de familie op het gelijkvloers woont en ze je een huiselijk en welkom gevoel laten ervaren.

Het ontbijt was heel beperkt. Hier zou men toch wat extra inspanningen mogen leveren. Bij aankomst was het toilet niet netjes (er was op de bril geürineerd).

AJ and his family were such diligent hosts, and were very accommodating of our late arrival in the evening. The Haveli is centrally located but also lovely and quiet despite being in the middle of the city. The bedrooms are well equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable. The breakfasts were also lovely, and they even provided us with a take away breakfast on our last day due to an early flight. We loved staying here, thank you!

Great view from the rooftop. Also the fort can be viewed from the mountain facing balcony as well. The family is very helpful and will try their best to make the stay comfortable especially Mr Abhishek/Akash. The days we stayed were busy days and we could enjoy the breakfast only once on the rooftop with excellent view of the fort the other day we got the dry snacks packed for travel. I believe the breakfast would be better on other not so busy days, however we the variety and quantity was generous.

It's not a dislike instead a few points to improve my next stay. I would like to book a little more in advance to get an even better view and ask for the required stuff well in advance as well to make my next travel more comfortable and memorable.

We had an excellent stay at Suraj Haveli. For the one night we stayed we were greeted with hospitality and kindness. The location was an excellent feature of our stay, where we were able to enjoy views of the fort and Jodhpur area on the rooftop. Additionally, amenities worked well (A/C, amazing hot showers). But the best part was certainly the family’s kindness: we were even made breakfast for our early morning travels which was the sweetest. We absolutely recommend Suraj Haveli for your Jodhpur stay

There are spacious and clean rooms, beautiful rooftop for breakfast and to spend some time relaxing. It is centrally located to get to the Fort and the blue city but also to the market. Also the very good breakfast, on the owner's recommendation we tried the Indian breakfast and it was very good. The owner was available from the first moment, assisted us and offered a beautiful tour of the city. It’s a perfect place to stay in Jodhpur, if I were to return I would still choose it.
