Clean and safe place

Very clean space housekeeping made sure our room was clean , beautiful outdoor chill spot, loved the pool....room was very spacious.Good privacy,Loved the food chef Saidi did an amazing job of cooking our faves plus some new cuisines.The fish was to die for :)

The place is very beautiful! Just like the photos- the host is so welcoming and helpful. He referred us to nice places and people to get our services. The pool is lovely too and we really enjoyed

An ambient environment that guarantees a peaceful bed rest.

Clean but there is a big room for improvement.

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was great. Staff are great and friendly and also very helpful.

Main issue: The booking did not include meals, and the facility charges exorbitant rates for lunch or dinner. Similarly, transport arranged through the hotel costs nearly three times more than a regular taxi. In fact, the additional expenses I incurred for meals and transport alone were enough to cover almost the entire duration of a full-board stay at a five-star hotel.

Picky guests like me only book a LAST MINUTE stay for purposes of having a roof over their head; and we rarely or never expect anything good. I booked a blind stay here 58 minutes before my arrival. I spoke to Trevor in a very agitated and unfriendly manner 10 minutes before my departure from Nairobi.. 1)He calmly confirmed that I have a booking with them and I will be picked up at the Malindi airport. 2) I did not recieve frantic , actual or missed calls to bother a very already angry me. Instead, there was someone patiently waiting for me long after my delayed flight. 3) Trevor picked me up. He Knowingly or unknowingly, respectfully identified himself, helped me with my luggage, remained silent and only spoke to me to politely answer a rude question.that escaped my mind to appear in my mouth. That allowed me to feel safe and comfortable before accessing the accommodation and exergerrating on my already bad experiences .earlier on. Thats 10 straight stars in matters unconditionally being in someone else's shoes. If you ever get treated otherwise, just know you are the problem.. White Nyumba is not a one night stay. It's a home away from home and even better. -spacious rooms that lack nothing.Each room and interior thereof is tastefully designed to ndividually fulfill any of your expectations in the most natural of ways. - Kind and respectful team and hosts that literally offer/ grant your wishes before yo speak them out. - on-site chef , freshly made breakfast and any other as you wish or want them instead of the usual buffet runs.

Unless you are expecting a huge 4 plus storey building to fit your hotel experience expectations,, there is absolutely nothing to dislike about White Nyumba. I just dislike that I didn't make it back for a second stay .A promise is debt and I know I will only stay here when in Malindi.
