Beautiful old woodwork. Nice rooftop restaurant with a view of the fort. Very clean marble floors.

The bathroom had poor ventilation and smelled foul. The toilet got clogged on our first night and no one cleaned it even after I requested cleaning next morning. The surrounding streets, including the “blue city” were extremely dirty. I was not prepared for how dirty the old parts of Jodhpur are. No one should stay here if you have a choice.

It has a beautiful interior, quirky, atmosphere and great views from the rooftop restaurant.

I was in the single room on the top floor and there was only a trickle of water from taps and shower.

Steep steps to room at top but managed them every day so positive way of getting fit

The location is in the main city - old parts and it was easier on my motorcycle. The property has charisma and the single room had its own bathroom and everything.

Juna Mahal is set back slightly from a bustling street in the old town. It's a labyrinthine, very old house with beautiful details. The rooms are spacious enough and lovingly decorated. Not all rooms have windows to the outside – this is due to the building's narrow, winding layout. The stairs are steep, but the staff carry luggage up and down.

The rooftop restaurant is average. While it offers a view of the fort, the fort isn't illuminated on that side in the evening. The selection of breakfast options is limited – at these room rates, one would expect an à la carte breakfast.
