Friendly, professional staff — check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very helpful. • Nice concept and location with great views in dry weather — I booked well in advance specifically for the scenery. • The option to have Mookata on site is a good idea when weather is dry.

• I paid over 5,000 THB for two rooms (a VIP price) yet the accommodation failed to meet basic comfort and safety expectations in wet weather. • The dome rooms have a structural fault: the dome area with the bed is open to the sky (no overhead cover). During unexpected drizzle/mist the interior becomes damp, cold, and everything stays wet — floors, furniture, rugs, clothes. • The terrace and dining areas have no side protection or windbreaks, so guests get exposed to rain and wind while eating or sitting outside. • No practical place or equipment to dry wet clothes, and poor protection for elderly or vulnerable guests — my mother (in her 80s) and I got sick the next day with cold/fever after being damp all evening. • The property is not suitable for rainy or misty conditions; this major design flaw turned what should have been a comfortable stay into an unpleasant and unsafe experience.

The experience was magical! My first time in Monjam and i loved every minute. The peaceful location, bathtub and warm welcome. Had an excellent sleep too.

Water for the bath could have been hotter

The view was amazing, the tent is cozy and cute!

Because of the rain everything was very humid inside, but not too bad.
