Nothing everything was perfect

The lady at the front desk opened for us very quickly upon arrival and showed us our room. I liked the fact that it didn't have carpet. I liked that their wifi was there working properly.

The ladies who were sitting at reception were very loud ( laughing ) as we walked to check in. They could tone it down as it's unprofessional to behave that way while customers are trying to talk to the front desk. There should have been complementary bottled water in the roon that my hubby needed to ask but told they didn't have it. The lady could have apologized for it in advance as we walked into the room. There was a car that hooted around 2am and played loud music, and the staff laughing and talking loud with them.It was not a customer coz the car left after an hour or so.There was no electricity in the morning as we woke up of which we were not even made aware of it as we haven't experienced loadshedding since March in SA. We left wearing the same clothes as the previous day. The aircorn in the room is directly on your face as it's on the side instead of being above you or the opposite side, which was uncomfortable. The mirror in the room was loose, hanging skew one side falling. Upkeep wasn't up to standard.there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. There were no towels, I mean, they knew it's not one person staying but only had one towel, not even on the bed hanging in the bathroom rail.

The property's setting is very easy to get to, even for people like me who don't drive.

Not much, everything was as it was advertised. Except for the cooking option which was only the gas. I wish the was a second option like electric stove because I don't like using gas.
