There is no personal contact with the host. Everything is carried out via telephone. We arrived to find that we had to retrieve our keys from a key box by the front gate. We were given the code to use via telephone. This was during the hours of darkness with no light available. When we eventually gained entrance, we discovered our room was up 2 flights of narrow stairs. As we are both elderly, we are unable to climb stairs of that type. We telephoned the host to tell him that we had a problem and to ask if there was a ground floor room available. However, he seemed to have a problem understanding us and rung off. When that happened we had no choice but to find another hotel. At no time did the host make an appearance or make any effort to solve our problem. We eventually spent the night at Hotel Los Arcos. In view of these problems in need a full refund of the 79€ paid to Casa Cabo de Gata. How they have the nerve to charge that amount with no facilities or personal contact with the host, is beyond me. It is daylight robbery. I look forward to receiving your reply and my full refund.

Lo acogedor que es , todo muy recogido, con una gran terraza desde la cual tienes muy buenas vistas al igual que desde la cama, ves la playa , me encantó la cupula que tiene sobre la cama da muchísima relajación , no se escucha nada es un lugar súper tranquilo , tiene una bañera tipo jaquzii , la cual no utilicé y no descarto utilizarla en mi próximo viaje , lo recomiendo cien por cien , es todo un encanto y muy bien organizado todo El propietario encantador, no dudes en comentarle cualquier duda que tengas que está pendiente al teléfono y te la resuelve al minuto Que decir más??? Que me encantó la propiedad , su ubicacion , su diseño , el fin... todo No dudo el volver a repetir , para mi un diez

En el anuncio ponía habitación triple y como mucho doble con solo una cama. lo que debería ser algo como cocina estaba a 1/2 metro de la cama y no voy a cuestinar la limpieza pero si el espacio simplemente claustrofobiaca.

La terraza de la habitación y las vistas

No tiene cuarto de baño completo dentro de la habitación está ubicada la bañera y un diminuto lavabo. En un espacio de 1m2 tiene un WC sin soporte para el papel.
