Petro's Antique House

This is a shared apartment with 2 rooms and owner of apartment. To get to the kitchen or bathroom you need to go through long hall, in a kitchen no place to seat. The temperature in bathroom was about +5 (in February).

Owner seemed friendly in person but afterwards felt like he had no integrity. I believe the friendliness is the reason guests do not leave honest (critical) reviews.

THIS IS A ROOM IN A SHARED HOUSE WITH OWNERS, DOG, AND SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. Smell of urine (unchanged soiled puppy pad in the kitchen remained during our 20 hour stay). Cigarette smoke seeped into our clothes that we washed. Had to rewash elsewhere. Waited 1 hour for owners to free up bathroom. Surveillance cameras (we saw 3) in shared spaces. Bed was springy. When I touched the TV to look for on button, dust balls fell off. And TV did not work. We dusted off the top of shelf ourselves. Owner was sarcastic when I informed him we were uncomfortable and left, and would not acknowledge the urine in kitchen or inconsiderate use of bathroom. Booking.com said that since the owner offered us coffee and tea (we brought our own) and washing machine (this was an advertised amenity that we had to rewash anyway), he refused to give us any refund. Not even an apology and showed lack of integrity, even after he had preached to us about his religion. Practice what you preach, be honest and transparent in your listing, own up to your mistakes, and try to correct the situation instead of being greedy and proud.

The location was a bit far from the city centre, about a 15 minute walk, but in a beautiful neighborhood. WiFi was OK, and there was a nice big kitchen. The House itself is very unique.

I didn't really read the reviews and found out that the owners live in the house, and that there's only one bathroom shared by everyone, which was very uncomfortable.
