Nice Staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms

No soup in the toilet

Single room, was small but I have everything what I need.Good location near Zakopane,very nice outside seating.

Location near busy road, quite noisy.Also you can hear everything from your neighbour room, or from outside your room.

Nothing

No soap in the bathroom, one small towel per person, room with Mountain View was in the attic and it felt like sauna, balcony was on the tile which was hot, balconies very small with one chair, sauna and jacuzzi was on the parking space and there was no even place to put a towel on grass or wherever. Bbq facilities really small for just one couple of friends, TV above the head so no possibilities to watch while in bed and anyway it wasn’t working, bathroom very small, bathroom door blocked by bed and in another room there was balcony door blocked by bed. Bed with hole after cigarette. “Swimming pool” was small with zero place to stay after using, going directly to the dining room. Ping pong table in the dining room

The breakfast was ok, but missed a bigger variaty of drinks (water!). The coffee could be better quality. The food was fine though. Tha staff did not speak English but was kind.

We arrived a half hour later than the check-in time but the cleaning process was still on... When we arrived, we rang the bell, a guy opened the door but as he realized we speak only in English he told us that another colleague is coming and left us outdoor... with a toddler... I mean I didn't require a great welcoming ceremony but he could let us inside the hall till we wait. I must admit that the staff seemed kind even the only langugage they spoke was the Polish - but this 'welcome' almost made us to refuse the accomodation.
