The location is great...so serene. It's perfect for a quiet weekend away. The staff were super friendly. Generally loved the place!!

The mattresses are a bit old. I would suggest a change for better comfort. I wish there were bigger windows, but that's the architecture....there's nothing the management can do about that

Amazing accommodation - spacious, clean and comfortable in a very safe and residential area of Nairobi. Close to the giraffe center and elephant sanctuary and other attractions. Very family friendly - kids' playground on the premises.

Tolle Lage für Sheldrick, Giraffe Centre & den Nairobi National Park. Sehr nette Besitzer, auch der sehr späte Check-in nach Mitternacht hat geklappt.

Betten waren nicht die bequemsten und die Zimmer auch relativ laut aber sonst alles super!

Edaala Comfort is an oasis of cleanliness and tranquility. My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days there. The place is lovely, peaceful, and the hosts, Bernard and Jane, are incredibly welcoming. But here is the absolute highlight: On our departure day, we realized we forgot crucial documents in our room when we were already on the way to the airport at 1:30 AM. Our flight was at 4:20 AM. In a panic, we contacted the owners. Instead of just arranging a taxi, Jane and Bernard personally drove to the airport at 2 AM to hand over our documents safe and sound. They genuinely saved our flight! This level of care, dedication, and sincere kindness goes far beyond standard business practice. In all my extensive travel experience, this was the single most incredible example of hospitality I have ever encountered. We are endlessly grateful for their humanity. If you need a reliable and caring place to stay in Nairobi, choose Edaala Comfort! You won't regret
