Thats a brand new house altogether, and the questhouse part is up to date too. Everything is new and fresh, clean and well working. That includes bathroom, very comfortable and practical.

Thats the hard part. As I said, everything is fresh, new and solid in the household. More - we were just passing through, for one night, so we really just came for sleep'n'go. But to me this place classifies not as an apartment, more like a tiny 4-bed room in a ski resort with split/shared kitchen. No room to sit down for breakfast for 4, just the sleeping space. That alone would not have affected the review score, as we knew approximately what we booked, we had the photos and the technical data. But there was no warmth in the welcome. I am pretty timid in sence of being on strange territory, and while the house was huge, with plenty of sitting places outside and a large front garden, we were just accepted and done with - 'here's the small kitchen, upstairs is a bigger one, close the door in the morning when you leave and leave the keys'. I feel somewhat sorry for pointing this out, but I have had much warmer welcomes in hostels. Also, two of the brand new mattresses in beds had somewhat protruding springs. Nothing to ruin a tired man's sleep, but enough to wake with sore ribs.

Shared kitchen in weird place, had to be very silent in the evening or early morning to not wake up others. But facilities kichenette is great.

1. A stylish and comfortably equipped grill area. 2. The room has a stylish design. Despite its small size, the kitchen, TV, sleeping, and toilet areas are conveniently separated. 3. There's a dedicated children's area with slides, a sandbox, and more. You'll also find a sports zone for soccer and volleyball. 4. About 50 meters from the property, there's a bonfire spot for those who enjoy a campfire. However, it's located under coniferous trees and at the edge of a forest plantation, so it's uncertain how legally it can be used for its intended purpose.

1. The grill-fireplace exhaust isn't working properly, causing significant smoke throughout the area, even reaching the rooms. 2. The parquet floor creaks, which is uncomfortable for light sleepers. 3. The kitchen sink has a built-in soap dispenser, but it was empty. 4. The large double bed is just two single beds pushed together, which isn't comfortable for a couple. 5. There's no air conditioning. 6. Despite a high level of politeness, there's a complete lack of hospitality and friendliness.

Everything you need for a restful break after a long drive. The lovely garden with activities for children was a great bonus.

There was noise, screaming, the hosts were having a party all night. The hosts don't care about the guests' rest, they make noise. There is no shampoo in the shower. There are no towels, you have to go and ask for them yourself.
