"Malebná secesní vilka, bohužel neudržovaný interiér"

Malebná secesní vilka kousíček od centra Olomouce, část zařízení původní, slunečná terasa, s výhledem na katedrálu, kuchyňka se základním vybavením.

Do apartmánu se chodí přes halu majitele, který ji využívá jako obývák. Celý apartmán opravdu potřebuje generální úklid (upatlané povrchy a podlahy, neodtéká odpad...), vymalovat oba pokoje a vyklidit skříně, aby si hosté měli kam dát věci.
