"Very clean great location"

Very clean very comfortable great location

The road outside was being demolished and rebuilt ( not the owners fault) car parking was an absolute nightmare (don’t go with a car)

La ubicacio era perfecta, aunque la calle estaba en obras no molestaba a la hora de dormir.

Las camas eran muy pequeñas y la habitación muy grande, quiero decir que podrian ser 2 de 90 en vez de 2 de 80. Respecto a las sábanas, creo que deberían ser blancas y de algodón ya que se intuye el que el lavado de realiza con lejía y es mas higiénico aunque estaban muy limpias , la verdad.

"Cozy place in Sevilla"

The house is very clean and minimalist but has everything you need for a short stay. The bedding is comfortable. Air conditioning is a must during summer in Sevilla. Located in a quiet street and close to supermarket and restaurants. Old city is 20 minutes walking. Communication with the owner was very good. I recommend it!

Location was excellent. Premises were clean. Manuel was absolutely lovely.

I felt a bit deceived as to size and layout of the accommodation. The terrace was a tiny box, which was some kind of shaft to the roof. There was a sun roof on the third floor.
