TRIANA LOS PRINCIPES

Principalmente nos ha encantado la amabilidad de Don Manuel que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario, especialmente destacar lo cómoda que es la cama.

Perfect location, convinient to bus and metro. Very pleasant neigborhood and apartment. Very clean and everything that you need. Best host I've ever met. Would always come back here.

La struttura è situata a Triana, in un contesto tranquillo e si può raggiungere la metro in pochi minuti a piedi. Il Signor Manuel è una persona speciale, la sua gentilezza e la sua solarità ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il letto è comodissimo, il bagno spazioso e la struttura pulita. Consigliatissimo!!

Zur Einordnung, wir zahlten für die beiden Nächte im Familienzimmer 160,- Der Gastgeber wohnt oben und ist ganz zauberhaft. Er hat alles liebevoll gestaltet und ist sehr bemüht, dass man sich willkommen und wohlfühlt. Einen Parkplatz zu finden, ist in der Umgebung etwas kompliziert, aber falls es direkt vor der Tür etwas gibt, blockiert er es mit seinem Motorrad den Moment. So geschehen auch bei uns. Die Fenster öffnen zum Patio hin, den er ebenfalls eigens schön gestaltet hat. Er spricht nur spanisch, was für uns kein Problem war und bestimmt auch eine Lösung fände. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren und bei Bedarf mobile Klimaanlagen. Das Bad ist großzügig mit Wanne und Dusche, es fehlt an nichts. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten über den Fluss in die Altstadt, aber es gibt auch Busse nahe der Unterkunft.

We liked everything. The location is perfect, the host Manuel, very welcoming and taking care of every detail. Also good recommendations for places to visit and dine. The house is beautiful! , typical Andalusian style. The room has everything, towels, hair dryer, air conditioning. We will come back and based in our experience we highly recommend this place.

In this case there was nothing that we did not like

The location is perfect - a residential neighbourhood with lots of local shops, bars and cafes; yet just 20 minutes walk from the centre. This is an ethical choice as it's essentially a granny flat located on the ground floor of Manuel's house. Manuel was SO welcoming - we all loved him, especially my teenage children. Such a set up really beats the impersonal key-safe, soulless white/grey apartment routine. And we loved the numbered towels in the bathroom - what a great innovation!
