"If you don't care about hygiene you can survive day or two"

Seems to be safe area, park car inside, room have a good balcony.

The hygiene was awful, you get the feeling it was not clean by purpose for a long time. The separate toilet/bathroom was far from clean too but compared with the room looks OK. Don't expect much from the heating in the winter.
