Czysto i schludnie, przyjaźni, ugodowi i pomocni właściciele. Ogólnodostępny salon z bilardem, konsolą i kącikiem zabaw dla dzieci. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko do głównej stacji narciarskiej i gondoli (przy odpowiedniej ilości śniegu można zjechać ze stoku pod samą willę). 50m do oślej łączki, wyciągu Krasnal i górki na sanki . Obok wypożyczalnia sprzętu kawiarnia i regionalna karczma.

Lokalizacja blisko wyciągów narciarskich, można przejść na przelaj pieszo w butach narciarskich lub podjechać kawałek wyciągiem dla dzieci, który znajduje się naprzeciwko budynku i dalej przejść do zjazdu przy gondoli.
