Very clean and everything is well organized.

Air con for both our rooms were not in good condition, it's very warm.

Water heater no function at all Aircond needs service The owner is not so friendly

The place was clean.

If you expect this to be like the BnBs you have stayed at other properties before, you would be disappointed. I feel like the property is falsely-advertised. I had to be honest in my review but my experience wasn’t as the reviews I read online. Many amenities and facilities listed were either malfunctioning or non-available: 1. We booked for a Triple Room with Balcony but there was no balcony. We weren’t sure where the balcony was but we guessed it was on the second floor of the villa. 2. The shared kitchen looked out of use except for the water filter and sink. The refrigerator was fully stocked by meat and coffee/tea sachets for guests were not restocked. There were barely anything in the kitchen cabinets. 3. Parking was a problem. Some families came with two cars but were allowed to park both vehicles inside the villa while my parent had to park their car outside even though there was space inside the property when we arrived. We were informed that the empty space was saved for another guest who had gone outside. Not sure if the guests had paid extra for their parking to be reserved but if they didn’t, this was unfair. 4. The hair dryer in our room was not working. 5. The bedroom was too small for three persons while the bathroom was unnecessarily spacious (it took up half the size of the room). 6. The worst part was the customer service; I had left messages notifying my time of arrival and enquiring more information about the check-in procedures on app and WhatsApp (after my messages on Booking com were not replied) — both were left unanswered although I could see that the person was online. Not sure why would he left my messages on seen. 7. I booked for a stay at BnB instead of a hotel just so my family and I would feel a bit more comfortable but throughout the stay, with the facilities we got, I wished that I had better booked with other budget hotels like OYO.
