Thamires was friendly and helpful for us

The room had an extremely bad black mould problem and was dirty. The staff offered for us to move to a different room, the new room we went to was slightly better, but only because they had tried to clean the room with bleach which masked the smell of mould, but the mould was still there. Black mould can’t just be solved with some bleach overnight. The mould problem was so bad we woke up feeling unwell and couldn’t stay in our original room. Also, when we moved room, they told us we had to take our towels and toilet roll with us otherwise they would charge us more money which we thought was crazy seeing as it wasn’t our fault we had to move room. Even after we have left the place our clothes still smell of mould now. Wouldn’t stay here again. Also, the bed sheet was so thin you could see the mattress underneath.
