Devi Villa

La ubicación es genial y creo que el alojamiento tiene potencial. Ellos son muy amables y nos dejaron alojarnos en su sofa porque no tenian disponibilidad.

Sin embargo para ser un “hotel” no recibes la atención que esperas. Volvimos de cenar a las 23:30 y tuvimos que esperar media hora a que nos abrieran la puerta. Hotel para locales.

Die Gastgeber*innen sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Besonders abends war der Balkon ein guter Ort um etwas zu entspannen.

We loved the location of the hotel since every tourist place was a walking distance from there. The owners were very friendly. It had a peaceful and homey atmosphere overall. Also the rooms were very clean. They also had a cute dog. We had a pet pigeon with us and they were friendly to her as well. Loved the food as well which felt super refreshing and healthy.

It’s in the heart of the old city, facing the opposite of the main road , very peaceful , 2nd floor room had balcony facing the lake , it like u are on the lake , view of lake and mountain is amazing. Amrai Ghat , City palace.. name it and all are within 5-7 mins walk from the home stay , the rooms on second floor are newly constructed. Bharati ji , Ganapat ji, their son Aditya are super friendly , make your stay very comfortable . Home made lunch , dinner is best, served hot , I had many meals in their kitchen chatting with them and soaking in the local vibes, hot Phulkas, bhindi sabji , how can I forget the homemade mango pickle. Will always return here 😊

Devi Villa is absolutely fabulous. My room was very nicely decorated, spacious and cosy at the same time. Everything was clean. I had access to the balcony and could enjoy a wonderful view during breakfast over the lake. The family running Devi Villa are very caring and do everything for their guests. I enjoyed home-made breakfast every morning and just loved it (especially the Poha, it was the best I had in India during my 3,5 weeks in the country)! The location is great to explore the city center on foot.

Nothing to complain (just the Wifi was sometimes a bit weak - but no big deal).

"Atithi Devo Bhavo"... you will experience it in the truest sense of the term during your stay here. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and it was really a stay worth remembering. Mr & Mrs Singh along with their son Aditya's hospitality is the main USP for this property. The other USP is the location, most of the attractions are at a walkable distance. I would suggest to give the outside food a miss and taste the homemade food by Mrs Singh and Aditya, it is both delicious and pocket friendly. Both veg & non veg items are available. And last but not the least a special mention of Eva who is as hospitable as the owners

Un paraíso cerca de todo con vistas del lago y una familia maravillosa siempre atenta para que estés a gusto y con una comida maravillosa,todo muy limpio para repetir.

Me encantó Devi Villa,no os lo perdais.
