Very dirty for the price, they have a kitchen but full of ants and very dirty. The room was fine but it's also a little noisy

Absolutely nothing

This is by far my worst booking ever. Literally everything about this property is a joke. The description and photos promised a cozy, clean and soundproof room. It was a complete opposite in reality. The smell in the room was horrific, especially the bedsheets. Every piece of furniture was covered with a thick layer of dust. It seemed like cleaning is not practiced at this place whatsoever. I work remotely, so I explicitly filtered properties with a working desk. This property had it in their listed amenities and on the pictures. In reality, there was something similar to a thin dressing table, absolutely not suitable for work, and in terrible condition as everything else in the room. The chair was missing too. The bathroom looked like a good old horror movie scene. I left the place about 15 minutes after arriving, in a deep shock. I filed a request for a refund right away, and contacted the host explaining that I won’t spend a night in such conditions, and that it didn’t really match the description and photos. They promised to approve it, but stopped responding to my messages soon. Booking.com support didn’t help either. Terrible and sad experience.

It is a super quiet area and close to the center and beaches

Very comfy room. The toilet sit was a bit old but the room in general was very clean and tidy. We had air-conditioning in the room which was an extra point and super needed. It's wad very reasonable pricing and the location was convenience when exploring the area with a motorbike. (they help you to get one and they bring it to the Homestay). The staff is very kind and caring. I would definitely come back!

Confortable and good price for the value

A bit far from things, the shower smells a bit off when you turn it on, and you can hear dogs bark really early in the morning or really late at night.
