The staff is very accomodating and would recommend some nearby places that you can visit. Checking in is easy and no hassle.

It would be better if they offer water or refill station. And card payment since it is more convenient.

We didn't expect too much -- just the basics, if that -- because of the low price; but everything was great, including full shared kitchen facilities, although quirkily placed in the garage. Especially appreciated was the host's willingness to extend the already unusually generous check out time of 2 pm by another hour!

Only two minor things: one chair rather than two on the patio, and no toilet paper (probably there would have been some supplied if we had asked but we had our own).

Everything is good, humble host, the room was big and clean, love it!

I stayed at Bali Paranes for almost three weeks and can recommend the place. The accommodation is located in a calm area of Ungasan. There are many food places around and the surf spots on the east, west and south coast can be reached in less than 30min motor bike drive. The owners are very friendly and warm-hearted. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and cleaned when I asked for it. There is a little step when entering the shower which avoids the water to fload the bathroom - I was surprised because this can be rarely found in this type of accommodation in Bali.

I stayed in the last guest house which was exposed to the sun and heated up the room even though ac was turned on.

Quite cheap

Sheets and towels were dirty and towels also had a bad smell. Aircondition in one of the rooms did not work and there were no TV like advertised. No handsoap or toiletpaper and also one towel short for the number of people. Not very close to any store or restaurant. Did not think to take any photos but i hope that you have a better experience if you decide to stay here. As a backpacker, i would not stay here again.
