Location

On the day I arrived I got a message with instructions about my room number and where I could find the key. When I arrived there were other people in the room. I had to call the owner from the accommodation 10 times before they answer the phone. They told me they made a mistake and change my room. Ok. In the kitchen we’re ants everywhere. The room smelled really bad and in the shower was zero water pressure. I booked for 10 days but left after the first day. It was disgusting. I tried to contact the accommodation to tell them i really don’t like the place and want to leave. I asked for a refund but they told me I have to get in contact with booking. Unfortunately after 3 emails to booking I still didn’t get any reply from booking.

The property is very near uluwatu on a bike, we were able to leave our luggage. The room is lovely with such a comfy bed and a strong hot shower. Terrace and pool is also lovely and we had it to ourselves both times we used it. And strong WiFi throughout. Other reviews complain about building work, is it still on going but is more superficial now we were unaffected by any noise. Can’t get much better than this for 15£ a night!

One thing, which isn’t really a complaint but something to bare in mind is that the rooms are sun facing in the morning so if that bothers you wear an eye mask as no curtains. We liked this feature but it did wake us up.

The bed was huge and comfy. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice to touch. We loved relaxing by the pool with some drinks brought from the shop up the road.

They were doing building work right on the other side of our room wall. It started at 6am and was incredibly loud. They are extending so this will be going on for a while. If you like lay ins then this might not be the place for you right now.
