Great place to stay near the beach. Wonderful hospitality from the owner Mr. Sudheer. Would surely come back again.

Excellent attention from owner. Room comfortable, cool (A/C) & had a great outlook. Not on the beach but a short (& safe) walk to the centre of the cliff-top activity strip for restaurants etc.

A very good location with spacious rooms and closed door parking space. It was with all the needful amenities.

It’s bit of a walk to the beach. There were cockroaches in the toilet at night. A bit expensive comparatively

Really great spacious room, comfy beds, good air con (much needed!), location was perfect, washing machine and kitchen was a great added bonus 2 female travellers so safety is a huge priority for us, and this place felt super secure inside the residency itself, then with bolt locks on the inside of the doors

The homestay was neat and clean. The host Sudheer was very humble and helpful. The location was just 200-300 metres from the Varkala cliff. Best budget hotel, both comfort and location wise. Would highly recommend it.

Exceptional accommodation. A beautiful property set in well kept gardens. Immaculately clean tiled floors throughout. A helpful guest kitchen and fridge, providing filtered water and kettle among other utensils. The manager was helpful and responsive in all communications. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. AC worked well. There is a short walk to the beach and clifftop walk from the property.
