Janhvi Cottage

The property owner charged me more than what is mentioned in the website. Rooms are damp and infested with all kind of insects. Could not sleep the first night and had to purchase a hit all insects to survive.

Clarity is essential part of business. Why show 1200 for ac room and charge 1500??? This is a fraudulent practice and should be discouraged. The room was damp too.

I like the location of the property and the service he provided in friendly manner

It's a perfect spot for me there is nothing wrong for me to say

The location is near Helipad and beach. The owner is a pleasant person.

1)Property is not provided with drinking water 2) The front side of room and surrounding area not kept clean 3) The wash room is quite small 4) Hot water was not available in wash room 5) Extra wash basin is not provided outside bath room which creates difficulty to the inmates.

The owner of this cottage Mr.Dileep was a wonderful man. Our stay was like a stay in our relatives house. He n his family was soo sweet in taking care of us. He also arranged for a rental car, advised good restaurants, guided us in our whole travel, which made us feel at home. He also eagerly waited for our arrival overtime when we go out n come. He welcomed us with a warm smile like our family member. He speaks good tamil, so we were able to communicate with him very friendly. I strongly recommend families whoe travel to varkala to choose this safe, secure n lovely place. This place in in helipad road so u can walk 500 mtrs to varkala beach n the happening place in the cliff. Good restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much in this cottage. 👍
