The property is near beach with great ambience. Its very clean with all the facilities.And the host was super friendly and helpful even with outdoor activities. I highly recommend this place. Its a great option for both family and couples.

Madhav Mansion is at a serene location,beside Odayam and Edava beach,ideal for a relaxed early morning stroll.Sajeev is an exceptional host.He was generous enough to pick me up from the train station and drop me by the north cliff in his own car.He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable, making up for any inconvenience that might have otherwise occurred while commuting.The terrace area is thatched and airy with an ocean view,good for those working from home away from home.

The location is nice, in a peaceful area near a sea cliff. The rooms are also good. The staffs are polite.

The sitting area outside our room is dirty as half of it is used as a store room for some old appliances. Although this space is not mentioned in the booking & is like a bonus for us, but the dirty environment makes the space unpleasant. Except this everything else was good.

Stay is very near to the cliff, just a minute for a peaceful walk on the cliff. Good hospitality with a tasty breakfast.
