"Splendid Resort with sea view #value for money"

It was splendid experience... Will go there with whole family again. More importantly the place was value for money. Owner was so humble, he responded to every query or help I asked. Beaches are nearer to this resort. Please listen or ask the owner about the famous restaurants and places to visit, he'll guide you well.

"Great place to stay for a beachside holiday."

Fabulous location if you are looking for quiet and relaxation. Lovely walks along the cliff top path in either direction. The bustling Varkala beach with lots of shops and restaurants or the solitude of Kappill beach are within easy walking distance. Nice big room with excellent facilities and good home cooked breakfast.

The resort is good but not exactly a beach view resort, clif is in 200 mts from resort. It could be very nice if there is proper maintenance. The terrace was not clean. Morning breakfast is homemade food and coffe and all u need u inform the day before.

The owner was very kind and addressed all the needs.

"Perfect, peaceful stay."

The hotel is near Odayam Beach. Right in between Kappil beach and Varkala Beach. Its away from the noise and music of the cliff, but close enough that you won't mind the trip. Its a very short walk to a beautiful cliff nearby. Need an auto (10 min ride) to goto Varkala Beach and cliff. You can get an auto guy's number from the host. He was very helpful.
