The ease of access, excellent service by the staff, scrumptious meals, very spacious and clean accommodation. The location, in the middle of a coffee estate was a huge attraction and I would love to go back there again. Interactions with the host family were also very positive and informative.

The bathrooms, while large and very clean, need to have more hooks to hang clothes and also grab rails for seniors, as the floors are tiled and slippery when wet.

Superb place and well kept cottage ....food and staff are very good. A good place for 2-3 families to get together

Place can be isolated.its ideallic and not close to any particular attraction.

The place, the food, the staff, the price and the location everything is up to mark.

Should have a swimming pool, we carried racket to play badminton but the court was covered with coffee beans. Biit disappointed.
