"I would not stay again in this place. It needs some refurbish to improve accommodation conditions."

Walls were not clean and in some cases were broken (bellow dinner table and behin living room sofa. This attic had no air conditioning and during summer temperatures in the evening were very high (27 degrees). Owner has provided a portable air conditioner but this one was very noisy. Access stairs are very tight and smelly.

Location, price and cleanliness. The host was super quick and straightforward in sending the check-in instructions. Ideal if you want a no-fuss check-in.

Stairwell smelt mouldy but was very clean. Nothing else to declare.
