The place is just amazing, a little oasis of quiet,away from the noise and city center,but still very good connected with public transport, shops are very close by as well. The host was very nice and welcoming,we had access to the kitchen,so we could prepare our coffee and breakfast/dinner. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a calm place to relax.

I don't really have anything special to complain. Maybe we were also lucky as there were not many other guests around or at least we didn't meet them.

No personal en suite but in context of the accommodation it was fine.

This property is as amazing as it looks in pictures. The place was clean and the toilet was shared with one room only. The owner is a very sweet and friendly lady who is sure to make your stay feel homey. Although it's a bit out of the city center, public transportation made getting to and from the property very easy. And San Juan beach is within walkable distance as well! We had a wonderful time staying here.

We stayed here mid September and the room was a bit hot. However, the fan helped so it didn't affect our comfort too much. And the common areas have an AC and ceiling fans so there's always a place to go if you need to cool off.
