1. The property is close to the beach. 2. The rooms and property is well maintained. The washrooms and bedrooms are very clean. 3. The staff and owner are very helpful. 4. The breakfast provided by them is nice but has limited options. However, the swiggy delivery works and one can order anything. 5. The property is spacious is best for families and groups.

The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. The garden was lovely to sit in and eat. Very peaceful place and walking distance to the beach.

Nothing. We loved the place

The staff were really nice and pleasant to us - excellent hospitality. Tesin was very quick to respond to any questions and helped us with the near by activities, which turned out to be very good recommendations. The breakfast (we also had a lunch) was typical home cooked meal of Kerala. The beach is 3 to 4 minutes walking distance from the stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay!
