The Rise BNB - Executive Ensuite

The accommodation exceeded our expectations it was very spacious with lounge, bedroom, kitchenette and lovely bathroom. It was excelent value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. very quiet area and shops nearby with a short drive

Parking in the street is a bit tight, however there is on site parking as well

The location was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the comfortable well cleaned furnishings.

The TV could do with external speakers for better sound for stuff like music and movies.

The inside of the microwave needed a clean, but everything else was beautifully clean

Very spacious areas and comfortable bed and lovely shower. Location close to family.

Parking was a bit tight for our big car and street parks were limited as residents used them in cul de sac.

Loved absolutely everything about this place!

It was abit loud. We would get into bed and people above would stomp around the house.

Was close to where my family live in Henderson. Close to shopping mall. And Arty let us checkout 11am as we were heading out to Whangamata and needed extra sleep in.

Wish we didn't have to leave.

Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast left in our self contained unit. Bed linen was so soft

There was a connecting door that has a slight gap, and it made me aware that we might not be as private as I would have liked.

Clean & comfortable

The place was cosy, clean, and super nice. Big apartment with comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. Make sure go eat lunch/dinner at Bodega Eatery - it is 8 mins drive by car and the food was one of the best in New Zealand.

If you want to get to the city center, it is a bit fat from it. It is a good location though for visiting the Piha beach.
