Clean, comfortable, quiet space to relax after a busy day out and about exploring. Loved the porridge pots for breakfast, perfect for what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Great shower/wet room. Easy to find, and walking distance into Aviemore centre.

Not much ventilation in the shower room, but wasn't a problem for us.

Perfect room, within walking distance of Aviemore's restaurants and shops and bus/driving distance of the mountains. Simple breakfast provided as described and a comfy bed. What more can you ask for!

For the price we really couldn't have asked for anything more, it was ideal for our trip!

It was close to Aviemore centre, it was clean and the hosts were helpful and friendly.

The mattress needs to be replaced and would have loved if there was fresh milk for our coffee. But other than that it was really great
