"Nice and convenient, needs some care"

Location is great, if you have business in Lago Sul. Quiet neighbourhood. Good for walks, jogging. Ample living room space, with porch and shared kitchen

Needs some maintenance. Peeling paint, cracked cabinets, some power sockets don't work, windows don't close 100%. One evening a guest showed up to throw a dinner party for 20 people, apparently with owner's approval and without informing/asking other guests (us).

Sandra is an awesome host. Beautiful spacious older style house with all amenities including great coffee machine.

Be aware you are in flight path of the airport and the noise starts early. Good for us, as we had an early flight.

"A great stay!"

The owner was super friendly and very welcoming. Felt right at home as soon as I arrived. I was able to get my room even earlier than the check-in time, which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and smelled nice and clean.

I felt good and got most of the things I needed. Would have appreciated some toiletries.
