The nicest host I've ever met! Room was spacious and cozy. very good location which will let you get easily everywhere in Budapest

The price is good and there was enough space.

I was not able to close my room and leave the apartment. My clothes and such were moved (nothing was stolen). Shared bathroom and kitchen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la générosité des propriétaires qui ont été au petit soin avec nous tout au long de notre séjour. Mama et Baba nous ont fait partager leur repas et ils nous ont régalé avec de délicieuses pâtisseries.Nous les avons considéré comme.nos parents. Nous resterons infiniment reconnaissants à leur égard et nous ne les oublierons jamais.

אין בכלל פרטיות. הבעלים באותה דירה וכל פתיחת דלת נתקלים בהם. תחושה שגרים עם אובססיות. להוריד נעליים במטבח הקטן ולא מכניסים לחדר שכולנו מכוסה בכמה צבעים של שטיחים. בלילה גם אם חוזרים בשעות הלילה הבעלים יורדת מהחדר שלה לבדוק שהורדנו נעליים. מפנה וזורקת דברים שלא שייכים לה. נכנסת לחדר סוגרת את הווילונות והחלונות.. מאוד צפוף ותחושה של חנק תרתי משמע.

Wat een hartelijk ontvangst van onze super host. Verschrikkelijk aardig. Mooie uitleg hoe alles werkt en elk ja ochtend verse koffie. We voelde ons “ familie”. Accommodatie is ruim. Voor ons wat laag maar ja 2 meter lang. Heerlijk verblijf in mooi schoon appartement. Spullen konden we tegen kleine vergoeding op dag vertrek later ophalen. We voelde ons een soort van “ thuis”. Dank en groeten van “ papa” en “ baby”😉

We zijn erg tevreden geweest. We vonden het fijn om samen met elkaar te zijn en om de keuken en badkamer te delen die erg schoon zijn. Wil je geen gedeelde badkamer en keuken en ben je erg op jezelf dan kun je beter een ander appartement kiezen. Maar je mist dan wel een hele fijn Hongaarse gastvrijheid.

Many trolley bus routes serve the area 73 74 76 in one direction and 70 and 78 in another. Budapest and Hungary are great places for over 65 year old transport fans ,almost everything is FREE.

The apartment is a little awkward to get into but you get used to it.

De locatie

No privacy, you are literlally seperated with one door from the owner, and behind that door is the kitchen, so there is no privacy. And they keep an eye on you when you enter or leave the residence. So this is not a private apartment ! When they rent this place, they take residence in a small space above the kitchen, in the same apartment. Again there is no privacy !

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Upon entering the owner scared us, we asked before entering if it was okay there was 7 instead of 6 people she said no problem and showed us in. When we entered she demanded 50€ per person per night in cash as a deposit, this was not mentioned previously and was a lot of money for a deposit. The place was dark and dingy. There was no air conditioning as advertised only a single fan, there was no overhead lighting only a lamp and the loft above was just beds side by side with no lamp or fan. The owner and her husband lived practically a thin wall away and had to share a bathroom and kitchen with us, the bathroom was held together by what looked like a curtain and the kitchen was dirty and tiny. There was creepy dolls in the living area where they had shoved as many beds as possible you couldn’t even walk around. It is an inhabitable space. The woman couldnt speak english, she had previously been texting me weird, nonsensical messages constantly as I was on the way. She would speak into a phone and translate it back to us. We tried to leave immediately, the place scared us as a group of 19/20 year olds in a new city but she tried to stop us saying things like “shes going to be our mother, we would be her kids” “shes not violent” “nothing bad has ever happened here before” “her husband is asleep next door” we were scared and we left within 10 minutes of entering. I regret not taking pictures, no one should ever stay here. I hope booking.com sends an agent out to close this accomodation down. Its nothing like the pictures and its honestly scary. I hope to get my money back as we never even stayed but the owner has refused she messaged me again days later calling my friends and I liars and said there wont be a refund. Anyone looking at booking this place please spend the extra money and go somewhere nice and safe instead.
