Broken bed , table and door unsafe for kids, lying describtion

It's near supermarket, and near train station. And in the center

I was in total 8 days ... In 8 days I called for clean lots of time finally the cleaner came only one day ... Other day didn't clean ..

It’s near the metro station, and restaurant.

No one in reception, I stay first 3 days then when my flight cancel then I booked more 5 days . Total 8 days cleaned my room only one time although I called many of times then she came clean my room. Didn’t change bed , blanket nothing… actually owner not in here maybe that’s why who responsible for the management she didn’t care about everything.

The booking photos were definitely not taken in the rooms we got!!!! Dirty everywhere, floors dirty, discarded snotty wipes, cupboards dirty and falling apart, walls dirty. Overall it looked like staff rooms. Shower literally snotty. Holes in the walls, no electricity in one room still not a problem. In the morning, a Ukrainian woman who probably worked for the owner opened our rooms with a key to let in an electrician, who found us in our underwear and walking around our rooms. I had to react, asked them to leave and we quickly packed to leave. The kitchen we had access to ... disgusting!!!! We were disgusted to even boil water there!!!!

Filthy under construction TV unplugged in the closet. Windows in the unit were cracked. Poor and unsafe locking system on the door. Trash everywhere on the property This property should not be rented until a great deal of work is done to it.

When we arrived they told that somebody tooked our room key. A little later they told that our room was booked from other platform. Stuff tooked another key and opened the room. Inside was a lot of good of other people. Stuff told that they will remove all goods and prepare a room later. We were with a little boy, he saw all this situation and was afraid to live in this room, cose stuff told that they will clean the room but not shure that in any time can come back these people to our room. The room was not cleared good enough. Inside the toilet water was yellow color (somebody left some sh*t and did not flush the water). Bed linen was dirty. Pillows 1-2cm. Oh my got. It was so terrible. If stuff did not tell us to cancel booking, maybe we will stayed. But she told us you can cancel and we will refund you. She said it herself and very apologized for this situation on they part that the room was taken by someone else. No one new who tooked the room. She called to boss. Boss also didn't know. They talked on phone for 20min solving they mistake. So she started to remove all goods from the room. Finally we saw this dirty room not cleared WC and so on... Do you think its normal to get the room at 10:00pm like this? Room cost 60€, refunded 10€ only. We have all calls recods. Will see that the judgment will say. We will not leave this situation.
