Flower Homestay

Really enjoyed my stay at the Flower Hotel in ChiShang, which is beautiful little city. The host lady was extremely helpful, coming out to find me, offering to met me use laundry, and just generally being a great example of Taiwanese hospitality. I got there by bicycle and the house was a courtyard to put it in. Chihsang Station is a 100m away, Family Mart is 100m away. Room was clean, renovated and comfortable, although a 4th floor walk-up.

No matter what internet map I used, I could not find this place with the phone. Google Maps definitely does not work with the coordinates/address on Booking.com. I am able to speak a little Mandarin and was able to communicate my problem to the host lady, who then came out looking for me!

Spacious room with easy access to fridge n water dispenser on the same level. The free bicycles make enjoying the bike trails and sights easy. Big supermarket is only 1 min away. Property is along a peaceful residential street.

Great location, helpful host and free use of bikes to tour the area. Recommended.

Terrible drain smell in bathroom, narrow stairs

Close to the train station and restaurants. This is a lovely home stay. The host is very friendly. There are bikes to use, which was a bonus. The top floor is third floor, no elevator. The home is very clean.

There was a slight smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. We put the garbage can on it and problem solved. Otherwise, everything was great.

Such a comfortable, warm stay. The host was wonderful, would absolutely recommend!
