Private double room near City centre, Coventry

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR 3 NIGHTS AND EXTENDED MY STAY CONTINUOSLY AS IT'S LOCATION WAS PERFECT DUE TO CERTAIN REASONS. MYSELF AND MY PARTNER WAS FAST ASLEEP IN BED AND HEARD A BIG SMASH WHERE A BRICK CAME THROUGH THE FRONT LIVING ROOM WINDOW IT HAS CAUSED US BOTH NOTHING BUT STRESS AND MY GIRLFRIEND IS HAVING NIGHTMARES AS IT HAS PROPER SHAKEN US. NOW IM SITTING IN MY ROOM THE NEXT MORNING BEFORE THE CHECKOUT TIME AND WE HAVE POLICE OFFICERS BANGING OUR DOOR COMING ACROSS VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE DUE TO THEY'VE GOTTA INVESTIGATE THE INCIDENT WHAT HAPPENED THE NIGHT BEFORE. WE RECEIVED NO REFUND FOR OUR STAY OR ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION DUE TO THE INCIDENT THAT WENT ON. I HAVE NOW JUST RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER STATING THAT I HAVE TO PAY £456 FOR DAMAGE TO THE FRONT WINDOW AND THAT I HAVE VANDALISED THE PROPERTY. ALL I AM IS A PAYING GUEST AT THIS ACCOMODATION AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY WILL NOT BE RECEIVING NOT A PENNY. I SHOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIS MATTER. THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY FREEZING WITH NO HEATING WHAT SO EVER THE BATHROOM STINKS OF DRAIN SEWAGE WHEN YOU FLUSH THE CHAIN WATER LEAKS FROM THE PIPES AND THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN BECOMES FLUDDED THERE'S RED LIGHTS EVERYWHERE LIKE YOUR IN A BROTHEL SO I WOULD NOT ADVISE YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN TO GO HERE.

I didn't like how the window had a brick chucked in the window then the staff are telling me I must pay for damages why cuz I over slept because it was stressful and alarming and concerned FOR me and my partner that we could had the brick in our head

Don't you dare automatically comment I was offered the best room. It was like underworld, the worst ever property I have been in. Pracash or whatever his name is, should be seriously fined for daring to offer people something like that. Absolutely no shame, no morals, no ethics. To get the key you have to move rubbish bin like somewhere in the 3rd world, not civilised Europe. The room was smelly, you can faint, cold, not two as told before, but one weak heather. Bed sheets and towel wet. Towel with a huge hole, cat easy can run through. Mysterious/dangerous stairs, in place meant for meals all over drying fabrics, kitchen dirty you want touch anything, no cups, NO TOILET PAPER EVEN ON REPEATED REQUEST, I was offered to find myself in the storage room where I could brake my neck, but not find the toilet paper, bathroom with falling down ceiling. Absolutely no care about people. The notes on doors like a first grade kid's written on paper, when it would cost just a few tens pens to print civilised. Before leaving I got threaten text that if something broken I would be forced to pay up to £400. :) :) :) In that whole building maybe all cost £400 seriously. Maybe except the screen in common area which I didn't use, but in comments was it wasn't working. Avoid this place, if you elementary respect yourself.

This house is from a horror movie, bad smell from the first step in and dirty all around! No toiletries nor a clean towel. The host constantly bombing you with text messages threatening to fine me up to £400 for staines and not keeping clean, but it isn't clean in the first place. I'd be back only if it's the last place on earth.
