Lungi (the lady that assisted us) was awesome, professional and attentive… The beds where comfortable

Internet connection and their ‘uncapped WiFi’ was non existent as we had zero connection while there… On arrival there was a query about my booking which was warranted by the woman I spoke to over the phone was very rude and unprofessional - for someone who is trying to grown her business she needs to learn how to address customers. Again Lungi had to come to the rescue. Although there was a spray for bugs - still found spiders The bathtub hot water tap was not working therefore we were forced to use the Shower only despite being told we had a full bathroom. Electricity kept on tripping… and was told its overloaded. Yet we only plugged a charger and kettle. As a result we ran late for our event as we had to wait for it to be restored multiple times.

It's definitely a place to spend quality time with yourself or friends and family. The place is in a quiet area away from the city noise. Perfect for a retreat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite big.

The GPS location tends to take us at the back of the facility instead of the main entrance.

For a place that is in the rural areas. It is very high class. It is very clean and the staff is very welcoming.

Road to the retreat... but the accommodation and friendliness will make me come back again.
