Spacious Dining hall

Maintenance of rooms and bathroom. Broken features, bed linen did not appear fresh, had hair in them.

I have stayed at this property once but have had lunch and dinner there often. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is superb with a wide variety of cuisines. The staff is very cooperating and helpful. They will even go out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Room is also designed according to the family. There is a sitting arrangements and dining area with two room sets. Would like to visit again.

We absolutely loved the entire experience we had at your hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant.The room attendant was very calm and welcoming. The drinks and the mouth-watering meals were served to perfection. Although my trip was short but I've enjoyed the very bit of it.. thanks to you guys

आप लोग किस बेस पर होटल चुनते है। उपरोक्त होटल को जाने वाली सड़क सालो से टूटी हुई है। और आप साइट मे दिखाते है ग्रीन हिल व्यू परंतु वह झुग्गी व्यू है। रूम में पलस्तर उतरा हुआ है और सीलन है। ओर सीलन की बदबू आती रहती है। मैने दो दिन का बुक किया था परंतु मैने एक दिन में ही खाली करना पड़ा। इससे ज्यादा क्या बताऊं दो दिन का किराया भरने के बाद एक दिन रुका।

आपको चुनते समय सफाई के साथ साथ अप्रोच पर ध्यान देना चाइए। क्यों की हम जैसे लोग फोटो देख कर ही चुनते है। इससे हमारा विश्वास आप की साईट से उठ गया है। इसी को देखते हुए मैने हरिद्वार का कैंसिल किया है। ओर ये तो आप जान गए की मैने पैसे का घाटा होने के साथ साथ दिमागी परेशानी भी झेली है।
