Very unique accommodation within the RAT museum. You can have a look at the artwork after the museum has closed. We appreciated the great artwork, books and the vinyl record player you could use. The room is very cozy and the hosts are exceptionally friendly.

The towels are a bit scratchy. The bathroom is located outside the room.

"Very kind hosts, beautiful room, good art experience."

The hosts were very nice. The property was practically at the very center of Den Burg with easy access to many kind of shops. The room itself is inside a museum and we got to have an after hours special visit accompanied by the hosts. We enjoyed browsing through the large number of books about art and also the vinyl records and a player we had in the room.

"A unique place to stay on Texel island!"

I enjoyed the unique decor, full library of books and the record player with Nina Simone vinyl!

The weather was exceptionally cold for the season and there was no way to add heat to the room that I could see. On the other hand I'm sure that the host would have helped and provided extra bedding for example if I'd asked.
