(1) 房間垃圾桶有加蓋，廁所乾濕分離有對外窗，整體乾淨舒適。 (2) 有獨立陽台，晚上可以看星星。 (3) 公共區域有看到很多為毛小孩或小孩準備的物品(烘乾箱、澡盆...等)，皆應是可借用的。 (4) 門口騎樓停車空間寬敞。 (5) 老闆很貼心，提早開窗及風扇，保持室內通風。
