Bardzo ładne otoczenie, blisko Termy.

Grzb w łazience pod prysznicem i na oknie, uszkodzone drzwi prysznicowe, urwane drzwiczki od szafki w łazience. Grzyb na oknie w kuchni, opiekacz do kanapek strach użyć - cała powłoka odrapana, trzy kubki na herbatę w tym jeden uszkodzony na krawędzi. Brak wentylacji w łazience, po jednym prysznicu na ścianach była woda.
